CSI Essential Services Bundle

The Essential Services Bundle is targeted towards smaller businesses and health care offices that typically do not have a server/network, but have multiple computers (desktops, laptops) and peripheral devices (printers, copiers, etc) that need basic IT service and support.

Rates are based on a per device per month fixed cost and include:

Anti-Virus Protection
Patch Management/Updates (particularly MS patches)
Light Remote Monitoring (every 4 hours) to provide you with alerts on computer problems before they become expensive downtime
Three (3) Monthly IT Systems Health Reports: Site Overview, Executive IT Summary, and Network Health Overview. All remote and on-site IT Repair work is available at our low hourly rates.

Services from our Ala Carte Services Menu can be added to the Essentials Package on monthly fixed fee basis, such as:

Data Back Up and Disaster Recovery services

Mobile Device Management (smart phones and tablets)
Managed Compliance (for healthcare providers)
